Returnable Items:
To make your experience seamless, we've outlined the items that can be returned:
- Recent Purchases: Any item bought within the last 30 days is eligible for return.
- Unopened Products: Items in their original, unopened cartons or packages can be returned.
- Opened/Sampled Products: Even if you've tried our tea, as long as about 50% of the contents remain, you can return opened or sampled cartons.
- Individual Cartons: Each individually purchased carton is eligible for a return.
- Bundled Purchases: Full bundle purchases can be returned as a whole.
Exceptions to Our Policy:
While we strive to be flexible, there are certain items that we cannot accept for returns:
- Old Purchases: Items purchased over 30 days ago are not eligible for return.
- Depleted Products: Tea that has been significantly used or depleted cannot be returned.
- Partial Bundle Returns: We can only accept returns of the entire bundle, not parts of it.
- In-Store Purchases: Items bought from physical stores are subject to the store's return policy.
- Third-Party Purchases: Items bought through third-party platforms (like Amazon) are not covered under our policy.
- International Orders: Due to the complexities of international shipping, we are unable to accept returns for orders shipped outside of the United States.
- Unshipped Returns: We are unable to process returns for items that have not been shipped back to us.
