Ingredients
- 1 box Vanilla Pudding Powder, instant

1 ½ tsp Yu Matcha Powder

OR 1 ½ tsp Yu Sencha Powder
- Shredded Coconut, unsweetened
- Pinch Sugar
Directions
Mix instant vanilla pudding powder and green tea powder
Fix pudding according to the product cooking instruction.*
Pour pudding into 6 serving dishes.
Sprinkle with unsweetened shredded coconut and pinch of sugar evenly over the surface.
Broil under broiler until the surface becomes light brown.
- Chill until served.

*1 can of well chilled Coconut milk (15.5 oz) can be used for part of 3 cups cold milk for gentle coconut flavor.
